Tips for Hitting With Strength

 

I gained tons of hitting strength from doing wrist curls with 10 lb hand weights and from doing the exercise I've sketched out below. I like the exercise below because you use your upper stomach muscles when you pull the weight forward. Elbows remain forward and the motion is very similar to hitting a volleyball. I normally do 3 sets of 15 reps with 20 or 25 lbs. Start light if you have never worked these muscles or you will be extremely sore!
